Drafting architectural drawings from concept to construction
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
On a scale of 1 to10.
We are looking for a 7 and up.

A portfolio - Max of ten (10) A3 page (single side) or Five (5) A3 pages (back to back)
A 30sec video or 10 slides that communicate your understanding of any concept in Architecture to a 5 year old.

This is a video consultation service to help you determine and clarify what you want and what you have in mind or work on the property you own or would like to purchase.

Pricing will be determined as per the guideline for Professional Fees in terms of Section 34 (2) of the Architectural Profession Act, 2000 Act 44 of 2000 (“the Act”)
Sessions
What is a session?A session is a 40-minute video consultation with a professional architect where we explore all your ideas. Nothing is off the table to determine what is possible on the property you have an interest.Everything we discuss will be recorded and kept private.The following information and documentation will be required to have a successful session:1. Title deed for the property2. Zoning certificate for the property3. Previously approved plans from the local municipality if a structure has been built on it.4. SG diagram showing the property boundaries.5. A summary of what you’d like to do on the property.6. Financial limits, if any, so we can develop creative ways to get where you want to be.
